Exclusions
  • Cash back is only available for IHG room rates (any costs incurred outside of room for example dinner, parking or room service are not available).
  • Specialty negotiated rates such as IHG Friends & Family or discounted group or corporate bookings are not eligible for cash back. Rooms booked and paid for by IHG Rewards Club Points are not eligible either.
  • Cash back is also not available on Kimpton (properties in North and South America), Mr. and Mrs. Smith, Six Senses, Army Hotels etc.
  • Cash back may be declined if you apply an additional discount that reduces your overall purchase price, e.g Voucher codes, student discount, staff discount.
  • IHG calculates cash back excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
